This was a really really nice stay for the 1 night of stay. The room was not only budget, but new-fashioned too, and had free wireless internet, a lounge area, and an air conditioner. It was in a central location, in the beautiful lake. Café Sundaes at The Pier located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

This accommodation was in the central location to Fraser island. We took a superior queen studio and it had a kitchenette, a lounge, and a toaster.

Quiet and pretty standard accommodation with perfect setting right by the Kondari, the river, and the restaurant next door. Well laid out rooms, lovely views of the lake. Tasty breakfast with plenty of hot/cold dishes.

I enjoyed the hotel, it was reasonably large and reasonably clean, location was marvellous within walking distance of the Promenade.

Thoroughly enjoyed the way our economy family room with great natural lighting was. A lounge, climate control, and a toaster were perfect. The location was beautiful, just a short stroll away from Urangan Pier. There was a pretty good restaurant at a walking distance from the hotel.

Magnificent and beautiful location in Hervey Bay, adjacent to a botanical garden, the restaurant, and the pier which was walking distance which mad for a nice morning walk. Also, in walking distance of the beach.

Budget twin room was a highlight for us. The staff was welcoming, exceptional.

Everything was perfect, unbeatable location near the lake, the staff were exceptionally nice. In overall the room was decent size and well-organised and with a very comfortable bed and TVs. Provided breakfast was tasty and nice hot with nice view, exceeded our expectations. Location: the hotel was close enough to shops and other venues, beach & botanical garden and airport, shops and access. Local fast food option Mcdonald's was 10 minutes walk away.

We ate at a particularly good restaurant for Dinner and Breakfast. The facilities such as a TV, a kitchenette area, and a lounge were available.

The location was marvellous and easy for us!

The hotel was functional and exceptionally clean, with outstandingly accommodating and accommodating staff with excellent service. We stayed in a decent size and well-organised room, which had a view of the lake. The breakfast was tasty and nice hot, the check in was early. There also was great parking and good pool.

The location was great and easy for walking around Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens. The hotel was in a lovely quiet area, just next door to Kondari Resort over 30 years ago, shopping center and beach and facilities.

When we checked in, economy FAMILY room with the aircon turned on for comfort was ready. It had an electric kettle, fridges and glassware.

The hotel is convenient and perfectly clean, has pleasant views of the lake where there are heaps of turtles and ducks. The units are air conditioned, nicely furnished...

Very impressed with superior queen studio and best and excellent staff with excellent service. Location just next door to the beach, Urangan Pier, and Botanic Gardens, Very close to walk to shops and the local pub.
